Booking Procedure

Involves making the booking online by selecting the appropriate tour and completing the form. This will generate your booking reservation, there is a "pay now" link on your booking confirmation page to pay your deposit.

Please have a valid Visa or MasterCard accessible  with the required amount available. Once the deposit is collected your status will be upgraded from "Reserved" to "Deposit" and you will receive an email stating this.


To cancel a reservation you may just allow the 48 hours to lapse without a deposit payment or by emailing or and formally making a request for cancellation. Once deposits are paid they are non-refundable therefore only a date change can be made at that time.
